1. Do you need field nurses to perform clinical studies in home care?

CRC Home Care offers a network of field nurses and cooperating home care agencies in a large territory of the Czech and Slovak Republic.

• Suitable for small-scale projects and urgent assistance. Study protocols are usually less complex or the requirements for the work of a field nurse are not demanding.
• The study sponsor has its own network of study centers as well as a data collection and entry system.

2. Do you need field nurses to perform clinical studies in home care and clinical study coordinators familiar with the data collection and entry protocol?

CRC Home Care offers a network of field nurses and cooperating home care agencies.

To the nurses, Clinical Research Center will add its own team of professional coordinators on the study site, or a CRC coordinator manages several field nurses on a central level.

• Two-level clinical study project management, with professional coordinators familiar with the study protocol organizing home visits to patients, among other things. With the patient’s permission, the coordinators may be present during the visit. They  enter the data in the systems of the study sponsors. They and manage logistics & documentation.
• CRC has its own QMS and directives for home visit performance in accordance with the regulations of SIDC and local legislation.
• The study sponsor has its own study center network but lacks the resources and system for organization and performance of home visits as well as data collection and entry.

3. Do you need field nurses to perform clinical studies in home care? Do you also need clinical study centers and coordinators familiar with the data collection and entry protocol?

CRC Home Care offers a network of nurses and cooperating home care agencies.

To the nurses, Clinical Research Center will add its team of professional coordinators on the study site.

Clinical Research Center also offers a network of more than 100 medical centers for performance of clinical studies in the Czech and Slovak Republic.

• A more complex model of two-level clinical study project management, with professional coordinators familiar with the study protocol organizing and managing patient visits in CRC clinical study centers as well as home visits to patients. They manage logistics and documentation.
• CRC has its own QMS and directives for home visit and clinical study performance in accordance with the regulations of SIDC and local legislation.
• The study sponsor is looking for clinical study centers with the support of professional coordinators and resources for organization and performance of home visits to patients.
